Overview
Thousands of rock towers, magical nature, and views that’ll take your breath away. As soon as you step into the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks Nature Reserve, you’ll find yourself in a completely different world. A world, where the tallest tower, The Lovers, reaches 81,4 metres into the sky and water pours over the impressive, 16-metre high Great Waterfall. Discover both, the narrowest alleyway, with a width of only 50 cm, and the picturesque lake with crystal clear water. Come uncover the beauty of nature, as it enchants the visitors in the moment they arrive.
The Adršpach-Teplice Rocks are the largest and most rugged rock city in Central Europe. The first tourists visited the rocks all the way back in the 18th century. 100 years later, a large fire broke out among the rocks, lasting several weeks and destroying nearly all the forest vegetation. Thus, the rocks became more passable, the beauty of the sandstone formations more apparent, and the first hiking paths were made.
