Overview
During this detailed sightseeing tour, we will introduce Prague (UNESCO) as a historical and architectural jewel of Central Europe. Our air-conditioned bus will take you through the historical center of Prague, Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town and Hradčany. After a 30-minute bus ride, you will get off at Prague Castle, where you will see the exteriors of the Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica as well as St. Vitus Cathedral. You will walk through the extensive area of Prague Castle, which is registered in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest in the world. In Hradčanské Square, the guide will show you the aristocratic palaces of important noble families and continue through the magical Lesser Town to Charles Bridge. From there, the bus will take you to the Old Town, where you can admire, for example, the Astronomical Clock, the Tyn Church, the Church of St. Nicholas. You will walk through Josefov, where there used to be a Jewish ghetto for 600 years, and you will see the original synagogues.
On the embankment, a boat is ready for an hour-long sightseeing cruise, during which you can relax and see historical monuments from a different angle. The tour ends on the embankment. Our guide will attend to you during the whole tour including the cruise.
